01 Scope
This Refund Policy applies to project-based and recurring IDE services, including design, branding, websites, UI/UX, digital products, animation, motion graphics, digital marketing, social media and other custom digital work.
02 Deposits and advance payments
Deposits and advance payments may reserve production capacity and fund discovery, planning, research, design, development or other work. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable proposal, invoice, contract or written scope and on the work already performed.
03 Completed, approved or used work
Amounts attributable to work already completed, delivered, approved, published, implemented or otherwise used by the client may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
04 Third-party and non-recoverable costs
Payments already made or committed to hosting providers, domain registrars, advertising platforms, software vendors, stock or licensed asset providers, plugins, APIs or other third parties are not represented as refundable by IDE where those amounts cannot reasonably be recovered.
05 Advertising and media spend
Advertising or media spend is separate from IDE's service or management fee unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Client funds already spent or committed on platforms such as Meta or Google are subject to the relevant platform's own billing and refund rules.
06 How to request a review
A refund request should be submitted in writing with the project name, invoice or agreement reference and reason for the request. IDE will review the request against the agreed scope, approvals, work completed, costs incurred and applicable written terms before confirming an outcome.
07 Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any non-waivable rights that may apply under Pakistani law, including consumer-protection rules where they apply to a particular transaction.
